Mr. Ahamed is the founder and CEO of Motive Automation. He is also functioning as the lead Software Engineer(PLC-SCADA-WEB-PC) of Industrial Automation. With his expertise in technical education and training, he provides Industrial Automation Training as an external facilitator at Bangladesh Industrial and Technical Assistance Centre (BITAC). Moreover, He was a former Managing Director of SKILLS Limited.
He has hands-on experience in several projects(Mechatronics) in different industries and IT sectors. He provides automation solutions to various industries.

He is a graduate of EEE and a Certified Software Engineer from the Daffodil Institute of IT, MSc in CS. JU

Engr. Md. Zillur Rahman Siddike (M.Sc in EEE)

Rahman is the Director of Sales and Marketing of Motive Automation. He is also functioning as the Solution Provider of Industrial Automation. He has been developed to maintain related learning & teaching materials, BTEB competency standards, curriculum as per CBT&A, Concerned administrative works of technical school & Polytechnic Institute, preparation of the annual budget, purchase requisition, MIS report, monitoring, RTO establishment and supervision of technical training. Support for graduate students’ employment in different organizations.

 

Eng. Mohammad Salauddin

Technical Advisor

Mr. Salauddin is the  Technical Advisor of Motive Automation. He is also functioning as the senior Technical Advisor of Industrial Automation. He is an expert with mechanical, electrical, and computer controls to design, build and program solid works. Mr. Salauddin is a problem solver of Industrial mechanical equipment. He has been working since 2023 as an Additional Director  at Bangladesh Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (BITAC).

He is a graduate of EEE from DUET, Bangladesh. His identification for MIEB is M-19913.

Salim Ahmed

Executive Engineer

Salim Ahmed is the Executive Engineer of Motive Automation. He is also functioning as the Substation installation maintenance and troubleshooting of Industrial and Commercial.

He has vast development Knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code. To ensure that designs comply with the required safety clearance. He is experienced with developing and assembling substations. Also can make perfect specifications for substation equipment and material. He has Expertise in applicable codes for the design and construction of substations.

He is a graduate of EEE.

Eng. Md. Mohabbat Ali

Assistant Engineer

Mohabbat is the Assistant Engineer of Motive Automation. He is also functioning as the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of Variable Frequency Driver (VFD) and Motor Control Equipment, for Industrial and Commercial. He has strong aptitude and experience working with industrial motor controller design and installation. He has advanced interpersonal and collaboration skills in all positions, especially as a solution provider of industrial motor control systems.
